Registration is free, and your school will receive:

  • Get spotted on the map by local parents

  • A profile page to showcase your great work

  • Share best practice with other schools, on a local and national scale

How to register

It only takes a few minutes.

  1. Find your school in this map

  2. Click 'Register (schools only)

  3. Fill out the form

Which schools can register?

Schools with one of the following policy types can register:
​

  • 'No smartphones on site' (Gold)

  • 'Handed in' (Silver)

  • 'Locked away' (Silver)

  • 'Not seen or heard' (Bronze)

Who can apply?

Headteachers or a deputised member of staff can apply. You will need:
​

  • A school email such as 'headteacher' or 'admin', complete with the school domain (e.g. 'admin@school.sch.uk)

  • Email verification will be requested

  • A web link to the policy must be included with the application. (This could also be a link to a letter that is written by the school)

To register your school, search for your school in the map, and click the link 'Register (schools only)'

What can parents do?

Parents can also put a school on the map as part of the 'crowdsourced' information. Just find the school on the map, and click 'add policy'
